Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Wednesday arrested two Chinese nationals while installing skimming devices in an ATM of a private bank in the limits of Artillery Madan police station. According to FIA officials, credible information was being received for last 10 days that a gang of Chinese men were involved in such illicit activities in Saddar area.

Reacting on said information, the FIA with police assistance mounted strict vigilance at the said area. Resultantly, two Chinese persons, who were identified as Zhang Qiaocheng and Zhong Showen, were spotted near ATM of a private bank located in the limits of Artillery Madan police station. They said that both men were arrested with skimming devices and added that their custody would later be transferred to FIA cyber crime cell for further investigation.
